With over 37 years in the z industry covering sales, design and engineering, Ron brings a wealth of knowledge and experience along with his passion for the z platform. Ron is a founding director of TES Enterprise Solutions.
Barrie joins us from IBM where he has spent 25 years in a number of executive positions. He's been on the board of its hardware and software divisions, and was overall head of mainframe sales. He loves technology and its impact on business - from mainframe engineering through to tech startups.
Steve brings over 35 years of IBM experience, across many industry sectors. He has spent most of his career involved in large mainframe accounts, leading services solutions. Steve is a founding director of TES Enterprise Solutions.
Terry has over 29 years of experience with System z, from Operations to Systems Programming and Architecture. As a pre-sales specialist, he has worked with many of the UK's leading companies from across the business sectors. Also a qualified Prince 2 Practitioner, he is well versed in managing technical projects with all levels of staff.

Louise brings over 17 years of IBM experience, covering channel sales and business development across all industries. With knowledge and passion for solution selling and client satisfaction.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Jon has over 22 years’ experience in sales working in the business partner channel and inside IBM. Jon specialises in Infrastructure Services and worked across many sectors with a varied client base across Europe. He has an enthusiasm to help clients achieve their goals by constantly driving innovation and best of breed technologies into client engagements. Jon is also a regular hill walker and can often be seen in the hills of Wales and Cumbria taking in the scenery and enjoying a walk.
